This apartment extends over two levels. It's fully equipped and ideal for a small family.

There is a bedroom with king size bed with loggia, bathroom with shower and repository on the first floor; and fully equipped kitchen/dining and lounge area with sofa bed and open terrace with sea view overtaking second floor.

Terrace offers lovely view of Cavtat bay and beaches, while the balcony has partially view of the same area.

The apartment offers a particular kind of privacy, as it has it's own entrance next to the parking area.

Standard features include individual AC climate control, smart television with satellite and high-speed wireless connection. Maximum occupancy is up to 4 persons.

Shared outdoor pool

The shared pool is not heated and is open from May to late October. Sun loungers and pool towels are available for use. The pool operating hours are from 9am to 8pm.

Each apartment boasts a charming balcony/terrace, complete with stylish and comfortable seating sets, where guests can soak up the sun and savor a morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of the area.

For those who love to read, our house offers the perfect haven with a spacious and inviting library, filled with an extensive range of books in the English language, from classic literature to contemporary bestsellers.

Our hospitality

Welcome to our apartments, where we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Check-in is available from 4 pm, and check-out is until 11 am, allowing guests ample time to settle in and prepare for their departure. Our laundry service is available to guests, and can be easily arranged at the reception.

We offer free parking, but as the spaces are limited, we kindly ask our guests to reserve their parking spot in advance. The balconies/terraces are furnished with comfortable seating sets, providing an ideal spot to relax and soak up the beautiful view of the sea.

All of our apartments are non-smoking, providing a clean and healthy environment for our guests.

We understand the importance of making our guests feel at home, and that is why we offer a free stay for children under 1 year old, and a baby cot and high chair is available upon request without any additional charge.
